B0041 – Left Front Side Impact Sensor Circuit Malfunction

DTC B0041 indicates that the Airbag Control Module (ACM) has detected an electrical malfunction in the left front side impact sensor circuit. This sensor detects side collisions and sends crash information to the SRS module to determine whether side airbags should deploy.
